Ivan Smith Furniture

Lisa was so informative about the chairs I looked at and helped me decide on which one to buy. I've been looking for a new chair for my living room for months. She is the one I will go to for my next furniture purchase. Ivan Smith Furniture is the best furniture store! I'm not disappointed. Cory, the manager, sold me furniture years ago at the other Paris location. I highly recommend Ivan Smith Furniture.

Sales person (Cory) was very nice and informative. He had a vast knowledge of the product we purchased. He absolutely made the difference of buying our product at another store. The delivery folks were very professional and friendly. They went right to work. Installation was quite challenging but they worked very efficiently in getting our product installed. Very pleased with our experience with Ivan Smith Furniture.

From start to finish, our experience at the Ivan Smith Furniture location in Paris, Texas was outstanding. We were searching for a new couch for our family of four, and the sales associate immediately showed us options that matched everything we told her we were looking for. There was absolutely no pressure—she gave us space to browse on our own and was right there to answer any questions when we needed her. After leaving for lunch to think things over, we returned and purchased a beautiful sectional with a matching recliner. Financing was incredibly simple and completely hassle-free. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, patient, and professional, which made the decision to continue shopping with Ivan Smith an easy one. Delivery was just as smooth. We received a timeframe that morning along with a link to track the truck, which was extremely helpful. The two men who delivered and assembled our furniture were polite, efficient, and did excellent work. Needless to say, we’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Cory was professional and very informative about the products. Delivery was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this store.

From purchase to delivery, it was a great experience. Bought dining table/chairs. 2 chairs wobbled but delivery guys adjusted the legs on site and it’s perfect. Den furniture delivered the next week, also a great experience!
