Walked in and we were greeted with fantastic customer service. We are so satisfied with our bed that I would definitely recommend them to everyone who wants a great night sleep. Kyle was on point with our bed setup and delivery even during a rain shower. Thanks MFO we are so glad we choose you guys.
View on GoogleGot a. Good bed and frame but no head board.sales talked like it was included in the price. Delivery said it a common mistake. Great job setting up new bed.
View on GoogleMFO is one of the finest family owned and operated businesses anywhere! Every aspect of our experience in purchasing a new bed set was met with kindness and professionalism. The Brown famil are special folks! cs
View on GoogleThe people made me so happy! Friday before Christmas and I needed a bed, preferably delivered next day. I was looking for a futon that would look presentable in my living room. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they delivered it the next afternoon and set it up. The delivery people were polite, friendly and efficient. I am ecstatic with my purchase. Good price, good quality. Great communication in-store and via phone. Will definitely shop there again soon. They offer primarily as it sounds... mattresses, mattress sets, frames, futon frames and mattresses, as well as a huge variety of bean bag chairs. Fabrics and frames for futons can be custom ordered to suit your color and style. Futon mattresses come in three levels of durability also. Mattress Factory Outlet accepts major credit cards and offer delivery for a nominal fee or cash-and-carry. They are closed on Sunday's.
