The 100 Day guarantee is a scam. I called a week after I got my mattress as it was uncomfortable to the point that it hurt my back and my husbands. I called and after the man gaslit me on the phone and told me that I “have a medical condition” as a reason this mattress isn’t comfortable. He also spoke over me so much that I could not get a word in edge wise and had to yell into the phone in order to make him listen. At that point he let me know they have a 30 day window before you can try to return. Well that seemed easy enough so I called back in 30 days. There is no one available each time I called to refund me. I have sent multiple emails and also been told that I will be contacted back. MAKE NO MISTAKE THAT THIS CONPANY IS DOING DIRTY BUSINESS. THEY ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE ON THE DAILY AND YELLING AT THEM ON THE PHONE IN ORDER TO AVOID PAYING OUT THEIR 100 Day guarantee. I called asap as this was my first mattress purchase and I wanted to do due diligence upon return. I truly hope these people have the year they deserve.
