Jacksonville Furniture Mart

My wife and I were very impressed with the quality and selection of furniture and accessories. We arrived after 5 and despite the store closing at 6 Deb Mischley was patient, friendly and extremely helpful in assisting us pick out the ideal table and lamp for our music room at home! We were very pleased!

Peggy and Furniture Mart are great! From the beginning everyone was extremely friendly without being pushy. I was looking for new furniture for my family room. I had an idea but wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted. Peggy listened to me and gave me some great recommendations. She is very knowledgeable from the construction of the furniture to design elements. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. It was really like shopping with a friend verses a sales associate. The store itself has a great selection on the floor and ability to order. Definitely will recommend to all my friends!

We’ve been longtime customers and have always been happy with the experience. I called looking for information on a piece of furniture we bought 6 years ago and was very happy with the way my issue was resolved. Instead of just telling me what company to call she volunteered to follow up and get back to me which she did in about 30 minutes. Excellent service.

Deb mischley was great! She greeted us at the door and walked with us around the store pointing out potential pieces until we found what we were looking for. She showed us other options in the computer that we might be interested in. She provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Furniture Mart for all of your furniture needs.

Deb M was friendly, knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY. They carried a quality mattress we were looking for and she made our sale very easy from home, once we made up our minds. Checking another store to not just jump it was easy to assure us to go back to Furniture Mart and go through Miss Deb M💕
