Mattress Firm Clearance Center Regency

Carmen was my salesperson at Regency outlet I stopped by end of day Sunday 2/15/26 I was able to get personal care comfortability and entertaining in between her and her managerTogo I was able to get an excellent deal. They accommodated me and my niece Carmen was persistent in a good way in reaching out to me to try and find exactly what I needed and she reached that goal today. First thing this morning now the next step is to try out my wonderful new mattress And get a good night sleep thank you Carmen for all your help really appreciated

Ehson is hands down the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he was very friendly, upfront with costs/pricing, not a bunch of the “let me go back & forth w/ a manager” for pricing deals/negotiations, and extremely knowledgeable. He could tell us every right off the top of his head. He also wasn’t aggressive & hovering over us. He would give us space to talk without feeling uncomfortable or pressured. I’m not sure how long he’s been there, but if the DM of this store sees this, give this man a raise & a promotion.

My husband and I were supposed to be just browsing, we didn’t know what we were looking for exactly. Carmen, the store customer service representative asked us what were we looking to get out of a mattress. We explained that we wanted to have a more comfortable, quality sleep without getting up with slight body aches or discomfort that we were having from our current mattress. The store representative proceeded to explain different options of comfort levels and different types of mattresses that would help with different levels of firmness and temperature, Thanks to her no pressure to buy we felt comfortable and laid of many classes of mattresses until we found the best fit for our needs. We were so excited, we purchased our choice mattress prior to leaving the store. Very pleasant experience, all of the staff in the store were very nice.

We were in the market for a new mattress and did some research on the brands we were interested in and it led us to this place. What a great experience we had here. Our expert was Ehson and he was tremendous. Very friendly, polite and courteous. We had planned to look at another mattress after this place but we were so impressed with how we were treated we just went ahead and purchased the top of the line Purple mattress. We will tell everyone about our experience. I highly recommend this business.

We were met at the door immediately by Eason. He treated us with a lot of respect. He was never pushy. He answered all our questions. Very upbeat individual. We are very happy with the actual deal.
