I purchased my couch fully paid from Jax Co Furniture and absolutely loved it. The quality, comfort, and look were perfect for my home and my two small children. Unfortunately, our apartment was severely damaged when a vehicle crashed into it. The impact caused structural damage to the couch, including a broken arm, and with drywall debris and dust throughout the home, we’re unable to safely keep it. This situation has been heartbreaking for my family. I just want to say that before the accident, the couch held up beautifully and was one of our favorite pieces. If anyone from Jax Co sees this, I would truly appreciate guidance on repair options or any replacement assistance programs you may offer during unexpected disasters. Thank you.

The first time I visited the store, I didn't buy anything and didn't feel pressured to do so. The second time, I came back intending to buy, and we worked with Carlie. She was amazing. View on GoogleI knew what piece of furniture I wanted when I entered the showroom. After looking around I found the perfect piece, a sideboard, which I fell in love with. The salesperson, Latoya, who was assisting me, saw me eyeing this piece and came over and we discussed price and delivery. Delivery is scheduled for Friday, which is awesome. I liked the fact that the salesperson did not hover over you while looking, and when she saw me stop at a particular piece, then she came over to assist me. The whole process is quick and simple, and I walked out a very satisfied customer. Next time I need any furniture, I know exactly where to go and who to ask for. Thank you Latoya Gaiter.
