If I could give this a half a star I would, went in today , salesman did not greet us, or approach us and ask if we needed assistance . Walked around seen few I liked but I will not give them my business , I dont care if I loved it and it was the best price around. Customer service means everything! Please , if you dont like your job find something you do like!
View on GoogleMy experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing what I thought was a quality mattress, it quickly became apparent that it was faulty. Naturally, I reached out, expecting them to honor their warranty. Less than a year old and it started killing my back. It had a large hole in the middle. Not only did they refuse to replace the defective mattress, but their communication was abysmal. Repeated calls and requests for updates were met with excuses. To make matters worse, without any prior notice, they randomly showed up at my house to haul away the mattress. They didn’t bring a replacement, leaving me without a bed currently because they insisted the factory needed to "inspect" it first. This is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. So I currently have no mattress and there has been zero communication from them about it. I called again the following week. Talked to the same person at the factory. they had absolutely zero idea who I was or what I was talking about. And promised they’d call me back later in the day. Still have no mattress and no hope of getting it back. They finally called back and said they would redeliver my mattress tomorrow. We will see if they show up. They do not stand by their warranty. And if they do you will be left in the dark. Edit: They reinforced the mattress and after a few weeks it had the exact same problem as before. A crater right in the middle of it. Absolutely ridiculous.
View on GoogleGot a mattress with Ted. He wasn’t pushy, he was very well informed, and he was patient! He gave us all the pros and cons to the different types of mattresses. He really sold us on the latex, explaining how replaceable the high wear parts were and how we can even adjust the firmness on each side of the bed based on partner preference. Easy to work with. Delivery was great too, two young men came and were very respectful, even took off their shoes to bring the mattress up as well. Great experience. I would highly recommend. Shopping local is worth it for the excellent service, superior product and supporting small business! I’d definitely go back again.
View on GoogleWe are shocked at how great the service is at Jamestown Mattress. We bought a Mattress 2 years ago that we knew was firm. We did use a topper to soften it a bit but realized it was still too firm for us. We contacted the company and they said since it was under warranty they would do a comfort adjustment on our mattress. They honored the warranty and we only payed for delivery. We are more than satisfied with this company that honors its promises and shows up when expected. Our next mattress will be purchased through Jamestown mattress.
View on GoogleCan’t say enough about the quality of service we received from Ted. Needed to send back two mattresses that just didn’t work for my finicky back. Gave us 2 weeks to try them after delivery, and scheduled pickups for both with no concerns when they didn’t work out. Happy to say that the 3rd was a charm (VERY comfortable mattress), and so grateful for Ted’s understanding and consistent friendly service throughout the process.
