I had the best experience in the store today, I called before arriving with questions. Upon arrival was greeted with a pleasant and welcoming smile by Allysondra and while doing my credit app worked with Timothy we was also very pleasant. Overall experience was absolutely a delight!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

After visiting multiply furniture stores in the past year on and off. I decided to go directly to American Freight. Especially reading the reviews, and people talking positive about Robert. No pressure very helpful bought a couch delivered the same day, You're a natural sales person along with your expertise , letting the customer decide what's good for them. Thanks Rob, Gary Adams

I’ve never had such a stress-free experience with a big purchase. he made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was helpful, patient, and made sure everything went perfectly. I definitely recommend Robert, and if I ever purchase anything else from American Freight, I’ll be going straight to him!

Absolutely terrible customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order and was told it would take only 2 weeks to arrive. It has now been over 5 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. The delay itself is bad enough, but what’s even worse is the complete lack of communication and respect for customers. I have called multiple times trying to get an update, and nobody even answers the phone. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Do not give customers false delivery estimates if you cannot keep your promises. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with online ordering, and I would not recommend this service to anyone

If i could give this place zero stars i would. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Im surprised this place isnt shut down by now because the way they operate is insane. I came in a few months ago searching for a mattress. I finally settled on one for 500$ and was making payments over a couple months ( im a student, 8 months pregnant, ect). i wanted the mattress to be in my house before i went into labor. a few weeks ago i was going to make my last payment and ready to pick up my mattress. I went in (i live 30 min away mind you) for them to tell me that they dont have the mattress in stock. i was upset but was assured the mattress would come in soon. I called back many time in the upcoming weeks to see if the mattress came, they kept telling me its on some random truck, which they could not get in contact with because the trucking company has no phone number… only an email and they werent getting a response from the truck company. now its been a month, and i have no mattress but they want me to pay for the remaining of the mattress… I was then told i could come in, get a 10 inch mattress of the same brand and they would throw in a “free” box spring. i again drove 30 minutes to this place and they forgot to inform me that the 10 inch mattress was not the same softness/quality as the one i originally ordered. i ask for corporate number, they tell me there is no corporate number. i ask for an email, they said they cant give me an email bc that email they use is for employees only…. what the hell bro. They tell me i should go online and submit an inquiry about my frustrations . I then ask for a refund. they say they will keep 50$ of my refund because i had the product on layaway. im very confused as to why they would withhold 50$ if they themselves dont even have the product!!! I ask them, when i originally came in, did you guys even have the mattress to begin with??? The manager (Tim) says he doesnt even know. Stay with me… then to process my refund i used three different cards when i came in to make my payments. he told me that each card had to be on hond so he can process each individual transaction to each individual card. one of them i dont have because it expired and overall to process individual refunds is extremely inconvenient. This place needs to be shut down and out of business. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to Raymour and Flanigan and was able to get a softer mattress, better quality, better customer service and a better price right away. i will never come to this place again. no wonder why theyre always empty, parking lot never had cars in it and they have low reviews. i should of known.
