They is very helpful they work with their people they have patients when they arrive there very respectful take there time they even laugh and joke with there people I love them ANYTIME I need furniture I goes to them and they don't try to get over they ask us what we looking to spend if they don't have it they will order it and b so fast that's the store to go to if u want good help beautiful home and still able to have money you really feel like family

I want to warn other customers about my experience at JAYS Mattress Furniture Outlet, a UPS Access Point. During a recent visit to pick up a package, the employee stated he was going to take a photo of my government-issued ID — and he did. This is not standard UPS procedure, which only allows staff to verify IDs against the package. Taking a photo of a customer’s ID is a serious privacy violation and completely inappropriate. I have reported this incident to UPS Corporate and requested that the footage be reviewed and the photo deleted. I do not feel safe trusting this location with my personal information, and I urge anyone using this Access Point to be cautious.

They fixing the mix up on my box spring 2nd time going there ordering 🫶🏽 I love the place the people are nice and they’re really helpful. My 1st time going there I was looking for kids bed they got me in and out within 20 minutes and my kids love the new beds❤️ I’ll be going back real soon I see some new deals
