Just received our new bed & we are super excited. The delivery drivers were not our usual ones, but they took really good care of us. Explain the controls & made sure it wasn’t too high for me. Everything in our House comes from Royal!

View on GoogleI will never purchase anything else for royal me and husband being to get a replacement in box sprang and have the hardest time to get Michelle Jones to answer the phone or to return calls awful customer service and she apart of corporate. They charge us a large down payment for cheap furniture and when it need to be replaced don't want to do it. We have a warranty on our furniture but they give hard time replacing things. Michelle had them to sent out one box sprang instead of a set and even the delivery driver said why would she send just one crazy to me but anyway she want my husband to take pictures and he did but the delivery guy took pictures also cause he said you need another box sprang now she telling my husband she didn't get the pictures and she not answering the phone so that's how you do your paying customer. Do not go to royal y'all their awful take your money elsewhere!!!

Was wanting to come in and grab a couch, knew exactly what I wanted from the website and tried to call to simply see if they had it in stock. Instead I’m getting a few rings then sent straight to a voicemail you can’t even leave a message for. I called at least four times in a row with the same result. Was really hoping to buy from Royal cause the prices are reasonable for the economy we’re in, but the blatant unprofessionalism isn’t worth it Edit to owner: I called the number you hit when you press call on google maps like everyone else does…
View on GoogleIt wasn't quite as bad as I had imagined. After a few phone conversations. But, definitely the place is stuck in the 80s. And you have to be the person who ordered it, bring your photo ID and the credit card you used to pay. We had to cancel an order that had been placed by a family member in Murfreesboro. It had been placed online. And they expected here to pick it up. So, after arguing with them. We just canceled and put on my card. Kind of a hassle.
