A furniture center with endless possibilities to create any indoor or outdoor space. The furniture is quality. You won't be needing to purchase new every 3 years because the furniture lasts. Been shopping with them since 2004 and needed a new recliner. Bring a snack and be willing to wander around. What was really awesome, a representative will introduce themselves, be willing to answer questions and assist but not hover while you browse. Samantha D. greeted us with a smile, explained the layout of the store and we were off. She periodically appeared to see how we were getting along. She was knowledgeable and efficient so it didn't turn out to be an all day event. The experience was the same in 2004, glad to know the standards are still held high and consistent.

This was our first time at this store and my wife and I were very happy with our experience. We walked in and this place is huge. Our friendly salesman was Matthew and he asked if he could help us out. We were very happy that he told us that what we were looking for was in certain sections of the store. There were over a 100 sofas we could choose from but we did narrow it down and were asked just a few times if we were doing ok. No pressure sales is what I like. We decided on the best one for us and signed for him to come over and it was pretty fast to complete the sale. Very friendly non pushy sales team. We will be back next time we need any furniture

Johnny Janosik Furniture - NIGHTMARE SERVICE DO NOT BUY!!! If i could do zero stars I would!! Sales was so excellent! What a disappointment on the post sales process. We bought a sofa recliner and had it delivered, the very 1st day after it arrived in the evening the mechanism was caught and we heard clicks when closing and opening the recliner. Informed them immediately and only got a response after a few days. They said they will arrange for delivery of parts and repair to be done. We were forced to use the broken sofa for a few months and they finally had 1 repair tech come by, he fixed only 1 side and the other half was left broken. He said it will take a while to get more parts and the other side can be fixed. We bought it in January 2026, until today JUN 29 half a year in and we still havent had the repair done. What's worse, the side they repaired is currently still broken again. What kind of sofas does your company sell? Keeping us hostage for half a year we cannot even replace the sofa to get another more reliable model after getting insurance for the sofa when we bought it. This is so disappointing and hurts our family life we cannot safely use the sofa the entire back is broken the whole sofa is sagging and tilted inwards, gaps where the tilts forced the sofa sides apart causing my back pain ive gone to the chiropractor since February after using their (broken) sofa. We dont dare to let our son sit on the broken sofa for fear his hand may get sliced by the exposed metal parts in between the seats!! VERY UNHAPPY THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED ASAP and even if they couldn't they should have sent a replacement sofa since it broke the very 1st night!!! At least refund us if they cant fix it whatever solution works! Not endless waiting and ridiculous pushing delays. Wake up JOHNNY JANOSIK.

Lots to choose from, very helpful staff, thank you Nacy and Samantha! Was hoping for new years discounts but none are offered. I will receive a free juicer by completing this review. Found a piece perfect for my husband's office, bundle chair and ottoman. The sleeper sofa for my mother in law will keep her more comfortable than the old hospital bed & closer to kitchen & bathroom. Jeremy, Thanks for taking my considerations in mind and all the help. Jeremy at the close out center was stellar! Nancy was helpful, polite and sweet, Zack and Sebastian in loading stayed right up to 5pm to load my purchase. Thanks for going above and beyond. The 3 guys in the other building loaded with a smile and nice conversation. You guys rock. Just 1 bit of advise, dont make customers go to 3 different places to pick up purchases. Have a team in early morning gather items and have them all in one location to be picked up or delivered. But overall good experience.

Paul was awesome! We had a great experience with a true knowledgeable professional! He showed amazing patience with my wife and I when we were totally undecided. He helped us every step of the way! I would recommend Paul as well as Johnny’s to all friends, family and relatives in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great experience when our lives have been a bit of a challenge. We just moved here a few weeks ago and most of us know how stressful that can be. Thanks again, Paul!
