I was able to do a Goldilocks game yesterday. The first mattress I tried was too soft ,the second one was too hard, but the third one was JUST RIGHT. The sales rep was knowledgeable and patient with this grumpy old man lol. Delivery was scheduled and I walked out of the store a very happy guy.
View on GoogleJoshua was an excellent salesman. He guided me throughout my shopping experience, answering each of my questions as we went along. I did not feel pressured in any way and felt that I was able to make up my own mind given the information afforded me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help them find a new mattress set. Overall I had an excellent buying experience. Thank you. Joshua.
View on GoogleI wanted to order a pillow like one my mother purchased last summer. They were very helpful in identifying the one I wanted and facilitated the purchase online. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant. It just confirms my positive impression from last summer.
View on GoogleDespite careful review and testing of mattress options with our original purchase, we got a mattress that was just a little too firm. The experience with a replacement mattress that was less firm - within the 120 day return period - was excellent. Stephanie in Salisbury assisted with finding a less firm mattress AND with getting the exchange started and completed. We remain satisfied and happy customers!
View on GoogleI wanted to give a review to share my purchase experience on November 24, 2025 at the Salisbury, MD store: I had a great purchase experience November 24, 2025 in the Salisbury, MD Mattress Firm Store because of the salesman Paul Tarr. He had a calm and superbly pleasant demeanor. Paul was very professional, very kind, and greatly knowledgeable about the mattress business. Paul gave me excellent customer service. And on a scale from 1-10, he certainly exceeded 10. Great guy, great salesman. He took the time to explain different brands and options and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I wish I could recommend a pay raise for him. I believe he deserves it, and certainly a bonus. I felt at ease, and he helped me in deciding the best option for me. He truly made it a great purchase experience for me and an enjoyable visit. I would recommend to anyone to go visit the Salisbury, MD store and ask for Paul. I feel sure he will treat you with kindness and respect, and you will have a truly good purchase experience. Sincerely, Glynis Savage
