Johnson City Bedding

My parents purchased a mattress two years ago and it is ripping at the seams. My 84 y/o mother called the company and told them she tried to find a mattress repair person in the area and was unable to do so. She also explained they went back to where they bought the mattress but they no longer carry that brand therefore she was reaching out to the company to see what they could do. The lady on the phone said they would have to send it back on their own and they would look at it. When my mom asked what they were supposed to sleep on the lady on the phone said that is not our problem. You can sleep on the couch. I can’t believe how rude the response was. I am not happy at all and would expect more professionalism in dealing with customers.

They make excellent quality Bedding at a reasonable price. Been using them for years..Highly recommend.
