My fiancé and I were in here a little over a week ago now. Preston was our sales associate, and just have to say, he did an amazing job. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave great recommendations and on the overall just gave us a great experience resulting in us deciding to go ahead and make a purchase when we had only planned on looking. I honestly cannot recommend this store more highly, simply because of the experience we had with Preston. We are loving our new split king setup, and will be using this store in the near future for my daughters new bed.

Spoke with Preston McConnell, told him we needed something very soft and cooling. He encouraged us to try out several mattress, told us everything and more. So happy with him. We purchased a temperapedic king's size on a pro smart base. Love this man, he explained everything.

Preston was my sales clerk. I wasn't to sure about him at first. (I was tired, I had come straight from work.) I was very happy and satisfied 😌 with him by the time I left. I definitely recommend seeing Preston to purchase your new mattress, you wont be disappointed. BTW this is my forth mattress purchase from Mattress Firm.

I needed new pillows & a sheet set. Brian assisted me with the items and made the entire process a pleasurable experience. Brian was also instrumental in helping me purchase my “first Temperpedic mattress & adjustable frame a couple of years ago. Now, I’m sleeping better than I have in years. Thanks.

The buying process was simple, I was able to test the various mattresses until I found the right one. My adjustable base and mattress were shipped and received within 4 days. I assembled my new bed within 45 minutes and I am in love!!
