I am so very thankful for Beka at Johnson’s furniture. She is probably the most genuine person I’ve met in a long time and spent multiple days helping me pick out a new living room set for myself (after returning one that didn’t work for me) along with making sure I got some really great sale items for my daughters college townhome. She goes above and beyond for people. I don’t think I’ve met anyone at Johnson’s who has not been kind and helpful. Pretty much my whole house is furnished from Johnson’s and I will continue to shop here. Carlie was also super helpful in finding my daughter a bed at their recent warehouse sale. She would not give up after someone swiped the bed I had picked out at start of sale. So very grateful!!!!!

My wife and I had a terrible experience with customer care. I strongly discourage shopping here. We couch shopped one weekend. We were told that our selection had to be sent from another state and could take 4-6 weeks, but “They aren’t taking anywhere near that long.” We felt confident. After 4 weeks, I called. They said it would be the full 6 weeks. At 6 weeks, I called again. They told the order had gone out nearly 2 weeks after my purchase, so it would be 4-6 weeks from that date. They tried to tell me that they explained this at checkout, insisting that they had told me 6-8 weeks. This was a lie. At 7 weeks, I visited, and we were told 8 weeks. Fed up, I ask for some sort of compensation, and I was told they had nothing to give. They offered me free delivery, that I didn’t need or want. When I suggested some monetary compensation or discount. All they would offer was a refund, as a “one time courtesy.” We initially rejected, because we had already invested so much time. Finally, on week 8, we asked for our refund. It took them a week to actually process it, because the “person who does them is off.” Throughout the process, I escalated my complaints from the sales associate Beth, to the manager, Rebecca. I tried on multiple attempts to speak to the owner, but he never would see me. I was told the last day that I was there that he was away and unreachable. As I drove away I literally saw him pull up and walk in the door. Simply absurd, all of it!

I recently purchased my bedroom set, kitchen table, bar stools, and living room end tables—and I couldn’t be happier! Every piece is beautiful, well-made, and exceeded my expectations. The customer service was top tier from start to finish. You truly won’t find better quality furniture at such great prices anywhere else in the area. I’m already looking forward to coming back for more pieces soon! Another great experience today 7/12/25 at Johnson’s 303 warehouse event! Found some awesome pieces and everyone was willing to help!

We attended the 303 Warehouse sale and left feeling thankful. Everyone working was kind and patient. We scored some amazing deals. Thank you. Well worth the U-Haul rental and drive from Ruston, LA.

Carlie, thank you so much for helping me find the perfect *gaming* recliner for the teenager and my sectional/loveshack. Im so excited for the delivery next week. Everyone was so nice, patient, and helpful and made the experience so easy and affordable pricing! We will be back! Thanks!
