I had such a positive experience buying a couch here after shopping other furniture stores in the area. The sales rep, Jay, was not pushy at all and let me browse without pressure. Debbie, the VP, was also present and had such a captivating energy! The best part, I was able to have my couch delivered the next day.
View on GoogleWe want to love Johnson's furniture as it is local, but after buying some recliners there and trying to get one repaired, we cannot recommend them. This recliner has stopped reclining (or sitting up straight) and we have gone round and round with the manufacturer trying to get it repaired. It has been months now and the chair is still half reclined and no help. They say they are sending the part, but it has been months. Johnson's just throws up their hands and says 'sorry'.
