Johnston Signature Furnishings

Steven and his family treated us like royalty. Didn't rush us, answered all our questions (really went out of his way to answer) and super kind. I'm enjoying my new speed queens very much. Thank you both so much! The delivery guys were very respectful and went out of their way to take care of our stuff. They worked hard and didn't rush. Thank you guys!!! (I wish I could remember your names. )

Johnston furniture is just amazing. We purchased a double chaise lounge and power recliner a month ago and we were back today to get a new adjustable bed. Their prices are great and their knowledge and experience shows whether you're picking the proper firmness mattress or redesigning your living room. Don't miss true experts help at great prices for quality furniture and appliances.

Excellent experience at the Johnston Signature store in Palatka. Awesome salesperson Joanna! No pressure, very patient and extremely helpful with all my questions. Enjoyed seeing the sales floor stocked with many furniture items. Very satisfied with my purchase

I left a 1 star do to that they don’t keep there word to there policy to return. We decided furniture was too big within 12 hours we canceled gave him $2000 cash. He said he don’t have cash. He’s mailing a check. It’s been 11 days. No check his return policy is 24 hours. I haven’t got a phone call. Haven’t got an email to tell me what is going on with my money or my refundFlorida State Law 501. 142 States your refund should be exactly what you gave them cash. He said he don’t have cash on hand with the furniture is still that big. You should have plenty of cash and I haven’t heard back from him in 11 days. I say that’s bad business especially when you purchase merchandise and you slap your name on the front of merchandise sold with your name on it. That’s bad business. I don’t want my name posted everywhere. I don’t think anybody else does either very disrespectful hopefully he reads this and get my money back to me pretty soon because my attorney is getting on top of it right now.

Very friendly, non-pushy sales lady. Fast delivery & courteous delivery guys. The team went above & beyond for us and we are very happy with our purchase!
