Just want to leave a review and honestly if I could give negative stars I would. We originally went in just to browse and ended up filling out a credit application. I already knew I probably wouldn’t be approved, but the way the store manager handled the situation was completely unprofessional, degrading, and created what felt like a hostile and confrontational environment. Instead of greeting me like a normal customer, she immediately approached me and said “so tell me what happened?” I responded “for what?” and she rolled her eyes before proceeding to question multiple items on my credit report in an aggressive and highly personal manner directly in front of other customers and staff members. I repeatedly stated that if anything listed was from 2022 or earlier I genuinely did not remember the details and believed that would end the interrogation, yet she continued pressing me for deeply personal explanations regarding private financial matters. At no point did I consent to having sensitive information discussed publicly in an open showroom environment. I mentioned that part of my financial history involved a divorce and instead of professionally moving forward with the application process, she responded with “well it just shows your name.” I should not have felt pressured into explaining private legal matters, divorce proceedings, or financial obligations to a store manager in front of strangers. The tone, comments, and repeated questioning felt demeaning, harassing, and intentionally humiliating. I believe this interaction demonstrated a complete disregard for customer confidentiality, privacy expectations, and professional conduct standards. The public nature of this interaction caused significant embarrassment and emotional distress and felt dangerously close to harassment, intimidation, and defamation of character through the way I was spoken to and treated in front of others. I will be contacting corporate and formally requesting a review of both the surveillance footage and employee conduct during this interaction. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I am fully prepared to escalate my concerns further regarding potential privacy violations, harassment, and unethical treatment of customers. What makes this even worse is that my husband and I were likely going to pay upfront anyway, so not only did this business lose a sale, but they also lost future business and referrals due to the behavior of this manager. I have never experienced treatment this unacceptable from anyone in sales or customer service and I will absolutely be warning others about my experience.

I changed my mind no less than 3 times AFTER my order was placed. Ray, my sales man, and as so kind and patient as well as the front office ladies! When it came to delivery day, the delivery guys were the absolute best! I returned 2 (large)items, that didn’t end up working out. They didn’t even bat an eye, no problem, they took it right back to the truck. Which was no easy task, being as they carried it up my narrow steps. 💯 % recommend Farners Furniture from the sales floor to delivery!! The owner of Farmers furniture palatka …you have a great team…don’t take it for granted.

Ray was a great help when we went in to the store to look for a new bed. He was very nice and helpful and informative about the beds we were looking at. I will definitely be back in there to purchase more of their inventory. Maybe the couch with Bluetooth that vibrates while watching movies.

I enjoyed shopping for my new recliner. Judy, the sales person was very patient as I tried pretty much every chair in the store. I was shopping spur of the moment so I didn't have credit cards with me so I chose to finance it for a short period. The paperwork was minimal and easy to fill out. I was told when the chair would be delivered and the night before I was notified of the delivery time the next day. The next day the delivery guys were prompt and in and out in just minutes. Over all I am very pleased with the experience.
