Jonathan Stevens Mattress Store Portage

I needed a mattress for my son, saw that this company was local, and decided to check them out. My son has autism and wasn't convinced he needed a new mattress. Tom not only answered all my questions, he addressed my son's questions as well. He was very patient and kind. We both learned alot during that visit! I never felt rushed, or pressured to buy. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Tom and Jonathan Stevens Mattress!

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tom was very thoughtful and patient with our third mattress purchase, and was able to recommend exactly what my daughter needed to have the best night's sleep. (Mom and dad already have one, and so does twin.) Just found out they have twin XL, so next visit will be for my son!

We had an amazing experience with the salesman named Alex every time we interacted! He was experiment patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. We had some hiccups during the first part of our ordering process and after outlining what happened, Alex did everything in his power to help make it right. Props to Jonathan Stevens and we would absolutely go there for our next mattress. Sleeping like a baby now (a baby that sleeps well anyway).

Just walked in to Jonathan Stevens beautiful store in Kzoo and was helped right away by Tom who started putting me on mattresses to find the right comfort level for me. The first pick was a little too high for my budget so directed me to the Marquette mattress and it was even more comfortable and less expensive. Whole deal got done in less than 15 in store!

This past week I came to Portage store and thankfully go to work with Tom Bigler. I needed a mattress/box spring combo for my husband & I and a separate mattress for my special needs son. Tom was extremely helpful and informative. He showed several options and did NOT pressure in any particular direction. The entire experience was great from beginning to end.
