Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We had a great experience at Bob's in Portage. Keyma was wonderful! We found exactly what we needed, all of our questions were answered, and Keyma was so personal and professional. The delivery process was great as well. I definitely recommend the "white glove delivery". Having someone else put together the furniture and take all the boxes/shipping materials made it worth every penny.

I stopped into Bob’s several different times searching for the right couch. The first time I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson who walked me through the store and also gave me time to wander on my own. That was greatly appreciated. I was down to a few choices when I bought in a friend to help me narrow it down. I was approached by another salesman and when I told him I was working with another, he told me she wasn’t working but would be in the next day. He allowed me to walk through the store and discuss with my friend the ins and outs of each of the couches. I returned the next day and was able to make my purchase. The sales person was very friendly and helpful and answering questions and posing questions to lead me to my decision.

Keyma was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient. We had a million questions in which she not only answered but explained and demonstrated. Keyma is knowledgeable about every thing in the store. Purchasing from her is always a breeze. Keyma helped us find something in our price range and get it delivered quickly. I am a several time returning customer and plan on returning again for another purchase. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care Keyma. It shows why you’re so awesome! Bob’s was great. Keyma helped us through everything. She made financing super easy and explained every couch we looked at with such good energy. Would definitely recommend her and Bobs! I already told Keyma I would be back for a bedroom set!

I made it clear that I just wanted to shop at my own pace to Tyler when I came in, and he absolutely let me do that. He touched base with me while we were spending some time at some various pieces to show us features that we didn’t know were there which really helped, and then he left us to it again. By the time I had an idea of what I was wanting to get he found us again and showed us some more options, helped me size the piece to the space in my home and helped me lock down a piece that I was really happy with. He was genuinely just a nice dude the whole time. This isn’t my first piece from Bob’s and it won’t be my last. I always shop there first and I’ve had great results every time. 10/10
