Shopping for a mattress. Was helped by Andrew. Very pleasant and professional. No sales pressure. Provided a quote and explained the delivery process. I ended up purchasing from them. Delivery people were courteous and showed up on time. They were professional in appearance and polite. I would recommend this place based on their high level of customer service and ease of doing business.

I needed to buy a mattress at short notice and went to Mattress Mart where I was met by a wonderful sales tech named Zachary. I explained my needs and he directed me to the perfect mattress which I purchased that day. And lucky for me they had the mattress in stock so I was able to pickup up a day later. Zachary was so professional, knowledgeable and displayed a genuine care for my needs. His customer service was over the top and I had such a pleasant and rewarding customer experience with Zachary; lucky me. It’s service personnel like you that makes me want to shop brick and mortar stores over online purchasing. Thank you Zachary!!!

Zachary made purchasing a new mattress very easy and stress free. He was excellent at listening to our questions and concerns and offered quality feedback. We didn’t feel pressured to buy like you sometimes do at other stores. Prices were very reasonable! I would definitely recommend shopping here to family and friends.

Lars spent a very long time going over options for my needs. He gave me several ideas to at least try before purchasing another mattress to save me some money.
