Went to Kaplans for the first time in a few years. Was glad to see they had both high quality and affordable options. The sales person really went out of their way to find what I needed within my budget and I love my new living room set! Thank you Kaplans and glad to support a long standing family owned company in town.
View on GoogleCalled prior to our visit to make sure they sell Sherrill furniture, told by owner that they did. What he neglected to say, it was one piece that they couldn't sell, a very very large whole room sectional. And that they haven't otherwise sold Sherrill furniture in quite some time. Informed that the owner doesn't actually show up at the store very often and has no idea what his store stocks or what brands he sells. The store employees knew this, why did owner feel the need to be deceptive? So, wasted 3 hour trip and ruined an entire day for nothing. Thanks Kaplan Furniture for wasting my time and my one day off this week.
