My husband and I had a good experience shopping for our new mattress at Mattress Firm in Elyria. Latonya took time to listen to what we needed and directed us to try out the options that best met our needs regardless of price. She provided detailed information about each option and then let us determine the best fit for us. We were happy with the service and the options available. Can’t wait to have our new mattress!
View on GoogleVery nice experience in the Elyria store. Shawn help me with my purchase. I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted. She did show me all three models of the mattress I was looking at. I did decide on a different mattress with her assistance. My mattress and adjustable base was delivered and set up today. The delivery guys, Brian and Ron, were very nice and professional. I'm happy with my new bed and the assistance I received.
View on GoogleIt was a very pleasant experience! Our sales person, Marc ,was very attentive, informative and helpful during my selection. He made the whole transaction easy and quick......
View on GoogleThe sales lady, Shawn (I say that lightly) was a bit obnoxious. Didn't let us have a minute alone. Didn't really represent the company properly. Didn't offer us a warranty. It was a sloppy sale. I have been researching these mattresses for a few weeks, so I already knew what I wanted. It was just pretty pathetic, like she just wanted be sitting down. Lazy staff. Just keeping it real people. Do your homework, they didn't. Won't ever go back there.
View on GoogleDevin was very helpful and friendly. Not a pushy salesperson at all, which I appreciate. He helped find answers to our questions and we ended up leaving with a mattress.
