Ms. Veeda was absolutely amazing! She made mattress shopping easy with her seamless knowledge of all the brands they carry. She was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, and an ABOVE average employee! I went in on a Tuesday, and had my mattresses delivered by Saturday! The delivery guys were very personable as well and were quick to get the old mattresses out and the new ones in! I am super pleased with the mattresses I picked out and have been sleeping so well! Thank you, Veeda, for all your help!
View on GoogleI researched for months before purchasing my new bed. The Original Mattress Factory beat out everyone! They offer 10-12 year warranties (and the restrictions are reasonable). Ms. Veeda didn't try to up sell me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. On delivery day, I over slept my alarm and missed their calls. They arrived at my home anyway and banged on the door till I awoke. Other places would have just left and I would have been charged another fee. I absolutely recommend OMF
View on GoogleWas not qualified for our mattress sale and the bed is not great. Bonnell coils are not good for pressure relief which is what we need after surgeries. The trade in to upgrade would cost us $500 off the purchase price and the upgrade difference. Not a good deal for the customer. I sold beds and wanted to buy local but this was a costly mistake. Had to buy a latex topper for the back ache.
