My experience with Kassa Furniture Mall has been very disappointing. The delivery was not made on the dates originally committed, and I had to make multiple follow-ups just to get basic updates. On the scheduled delivery day, they changed the delivery date and postponed it by another two weeks without prior notice. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. Additionally, there seems to be no customer service manager or escalation path to address concerns. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any purchases here.
View on GoogleI’m happy to say that my second purchase from Kassa Mall was just as amazing as my first! After our wonderful experience with the dining room set, we returned to select a living room set—and once again, we were blown away by the quality, variety, and excellent service. The process of picking up our living room set went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Kassa Mall. The prices are unbeatable, the customer service is top-notch, and the quality of the furniture is beyond impressive.
View on GoogleCrazy how it's been over 30 days and I can't get a replacement for a mirror that they delivered scratched up. There are way better stores with better customer service to buy from. Stay away.
View on GoogleIf I could give ZERO stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever had. They do not answer their phone calls so good luck wiht that. If you value timely and reliable delivery scheduling, I strongly advise against ordering from this company. This level of service is unacceptable.
