Kimbrell's Furniture

I had an excellent experience buying a couch from this store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me compare different options, and made sure I found a couch that fit both my style and budget perfectly. The showroom was clean and well organized, with a great selection to choose from. The quality of the furniture was impressive, and the entire buying process was smooth and stress free. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the level of customer service I received. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and a great buying experience.

I gave you a 5 because your salesperson Ashleigh never pressured us when on our first visit came to an end. She just said that if we could not find something some where else that she would be more than happy to help us. We looked at several different places and could not come up with a better choice, so we went back and bought our recliner. It fits well with the rest of the furniture in both size and color and it is a very comfortable chair which was the top priority on my list, not necessarily my husband’s priority. Anyway , the service was great and when paying for my purchase, a protection plan was ecplained. There was no pressure on purchasing it. It was a great experience and would definitely suggest to my friends to definitely stop by. We are so lucky to have such a fine store right in our area

I buy my mattress from this company because, I am always satisfied with the quality and, years my mattress holds up. Lindsey the sales agent is always smiling and, very helpful from showing choices on the floor or looking a product up if it isn't available in the store. It is lovely to see someone who has helped me numerous times over the years still working for the same company. I give my service and, the products I have purchased over the years an A++++. -

Miss Molly and Lindsey and who can forget Misty were more than nice! They made me and my family so comfortable and it felt like walking in and visiting our FAMILY. I WAS EXCITED ABOUT OUR WHOLE PROCESS!. Thank you, Kimbrells of Seneca.YALL ARE THE BEST.

Beautifully displayed store. Clean, bright, roomy. Sales woman, Lindsay, greeted us immediately. Listened to what we were looking for and narrowed down choices right away. Found us exactly what we needed. Great price, helped us load it up herself so we could take it home the same day. Highly recommend. Will return for any future needed furniture.
