I shopped at this store for a loveseat. I found one I liked and was told they had one in the back and can deliver it as soon as the next day. I was very happy with the item when it was delivered. It was actually better than I thought it would be for the price I paid. The delivery price was also very reasonable. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I like to look around by myself and will ask for help if I have any questions. This was not the case. The employee was very nice but I don’t like being followed around. I am happy with my purchase.

He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect king size bed for my husband’s Father’s Day gift. This was a big purchase for us and Hugo made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His knowledge and genuine care truly stood out. The whole staff were easy to connect with and helpful with the transaction by assisting us with measurements, trying different pieces to see what works best and coordinating delivery. The delivery gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The after care while we figured out the bells and whistles to our sectional were helpful and quick to reply to my texts. Very glad we stayed local with Kimbrells as I feel we made the best decision and Love our couch!
