Very helpful, no pressure and good sense of humor Update. Ordered mattress last Tuesday was told it would be delivered last Friday. Waited through the weekend didn’t hear anything stopped by the store on Monday and was told he hoped it would’ve been in last week but will be in sometime probably this week. The sales process felt great but if I was told at time of sale that there was no guarantee of delivery time I would not have purchased the mattress. As it’s now Wednesday afternoon, 8 days after purchase, I will wait until tomorrow morning and go back in if I haven’t heard anything and attempt to get firm answers and times or a refund. No longer pleased with this transaction
View on GoogleChris was helpful in the store and offering to assist me in the store after I browsed on line. He let me browse the store to look at what I liked & thought was comfortable. I picked out the same thing I had looked at on line.
View on GoogleHad an unexpected medical problem. Needed a lift chair to get up and down. Reached out to Kimbrell's. They sent me pictures and information via text. Picked what I liked. Payment was handled over the phone and my chair was delivered in a couple of hours. Kimbrell's is a great accommodating company!
