We have bought all of our furniture from Kimbrell's and we have never had any problems. The furniture is sturdy and lasts a long time. Customer service is great and are very helpful. Everyone is very nice, welcoming and wonderful to work with. You are not pressured to buy anything like some places do. You can browse as long as you want. We love Kimbrell's.
View on GoogleWe went in to check out living room furniture and had the pleasure of having Marta assist us!!! What a treat! So this is somewhat an updated post bc I thought I submitted the top paragraph but didn't. Anyway, we didn't buy our living room set the first day. We told Marta that we were going to look at a few more places and make our decision. She wasn't worried at all and told us if we come back she'll see us then! Well the non-Marta treatment/experience led us right back here!!! We looked at the same living room at at 2 other places and agreed that Kimbrell's was the place to give our money! We walked in, Marta remembered who we were, she was helping another family, but acknowledged we were there and she'd be with us shortly. She was able to engage with both of us and still offered to assist another family that came in behind us. It's almost like Marta was the only sales associate there but I know that to be untrue bc there was plenty of staff there! To see her work was a beautiful beautiful thing! She's very personable, non hoovering, patient and very informative
