As believers nothing is by chance or happenstance. We were in the right place at the right time when we heard of the sale happening at Kimbrell's Furniture today! We were met at the door with courtesy and smiles and directed to Jennifer our sales associate, who listened attentively and fulfilled the request. Hi. It was imperative that I share my first shopping experience with Kimbrells store in Columbia, SC. As a returning citizen, I was slightly apprehensive about being approved for financing because I had no credit history; although I am now employed making sufficient money to pay all my bills. My heart sank when the woman assisting me said, “that usually no credit was like having bad credit, but she ( Kimbrell’s ) believed in doing what they could to help people and give others an opportunity to create or fix their credit. Well, after a lengthy discussion with me and calls with her supervisor, SHE DELIVERED EXACTLY ON HER WORDS…I WAS APPROVED AND PURCHASED TWO FURNITURE PIECES FOR MY NEW HOME. Often times, people past mistakes can give a negative notion about someone potential to have the earnings and ability to do good business. Truthfully, I could have paid for what I wanted in full or decided to go elsewhere. But, the goal was to be accepted by someone who was ‘willing to give me a chance’ to build my credit, respectfully. Good selection of furniture and sets. Mrs Covington took care of me and helped with purchase of bedroom dresser and nightstand for my daughter (with a small discount). I Highly recommend her services.

Staff was really knowledgeable and prices were not to bad. Their inventory is good and getting items quickly. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.
