Kittle's Furniture - Lafayette

We were looking for outdoor furniture. George at the Kittle’s Lafayette, IN branch greeted us. He was very friendly and helpful. We were at the store for hours and George was so helpful and patient with us and we really appreciated that. You could tell he was actually there to help and answer questions not simply close the sale. This was a major investment for us. We wanted deck furniture that was going to last for a very long time. We couldn’t decide on which furniture shade would look the best on our deck. George was extremely helpful had some samples sent to us. He kept in touch with us and we returned and made our purchase. George has very good communication. Also, his manager at the store Tim is just as nice and helpful. We would give this A++++++++++

I had an excellent overall experience with Kittles. We were quickly assisted when we arrived and were thoroughly edified with all available options to make the best possible decision regarding our furniture purchase. The build time was well communicated as was the delivery including a tracking app that literally showed the location of the delivery team on delivery day. Well done!

I have purchased one leather sectional, one leather sofa, and one sectional with custom fabric. All were wonderful. They were for all family members they come beautifully protected, professionally installed, and the quality and workmanship has been wonderful. Mine is five years old and looks brand new.
