Mattress Firm Lafayette Indy

Wife and I went to mattress firm today to look for a new mattress. Brad was our salesman and he was outstanding! From the introduction when we entered the store to the final sale, Brad was awesome. He was knowledgeable, sincere and most of all very informative and nice. It was an absolutely pleasant experience! Brad was the best and I highly recommend him!

We visited Mattress Firm in Lafayette today for the first time. We were greeted warmly by the sales person. She walked us through the differences between inner coils, memory foam, or hybrid mattresses. We tried soft, medium and firm mattresses. We discussed prices of the various options as well as pros and cons of different models. There was a model we preferred but because of price we’re going to choose another model. Because it was Black Friday they made us a deal. We purchased two twin XL mattresses, free automatic bases, as well as mattress protectors and sheets. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We highly recommend this store.

Courtney was a great help in finding the mattress that is just right for me and within my price range. She was also incredibly patient with me as I am the most indecisive shopper in the world despite the store being close to closing time.

We walked into the Lafayette store late on a Friday night while traveling to purchase a pillow. Brad greeted us and helped us quickly identify a number of pillows that could meet our criteria. He gave us plenty of space and was very helpful. Overall excellent service and experience. When upgrading our bedroom we also purchased a mattress with the help of Brad.

We went in today to just browse available mattresses. Brad was amazing from when we walked in, to when we left. He educated us on different mattresses and frames for the bed. Because of him, we went home with a new mattress. Definitely recommend going in and working with him to find your new mattress.
