We love Knights Furniture! We have purchased several pieces of furniture here and it has all been amazing quality. They are helpful and knowledgeable in the store as well as the delivery team. Today Russ and Jason were friendly and worked efficiently to get our bedroom furniture set up and carefully in place and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Knights Furniture!

Knight’s is fantastic! I got the bed and the upgraded platform on an amazing deal! I buy all of my furniture from this store the prices are great the quality is top of the line. And the delivery is amazing! Thank you so much to Russ and Key go above and beyond! They set everything up and made sure I was fully happy with my purchase . They even helped me remove my old mattress and took it away for me. They are the best guys and I’m so thankful.

Wow, best furniture buying experience EVER! Dustin and the other man in store (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!! Maybe Oliver?) were so relaxed and didn’t pressure us at all. The selection is great and the prices are unbeatable. Plus, the quality is top notch! Our deliverers Key and Will were in and out in minutes! They were very respectful of my home and they were very kind. They took great care of my couch! We will definitely be coming here for all our future furniture needs, thank you guys!

I am the biggest fan of Knights Furniture! Every time I look at other stores I always come back to Knights. We went to the biggest local furniture store and frankly I dread being rushed by desperate salespeople that aren’t that interested in me but in making a fast sale. The sales staff at Knights is so cool - Dustin was so nice and never pressured us; just the opposite. He was so chill and patient and helped us find the exact same pieces we liked at the big store but Knight’s prices were so much lower and delivery time was literally months less. The delivery guys Russ and Key were so nice and did a great job carefully bringing in all the pieces and building them. I had bought felt pads for the table legs and chairs and they volunteered to put them on for me. I just won’t go anywhere else in the future - I completely trust Knights and all their staff. I have purchased a kitchen table and chairs, a sectional, a sofa, an accent chair and clock from Knights and I have loved every piece.

I will never buy something here again. After buying three mattresses, couch and recliner, the recliner NEVER showed up. After one month I requested a refund. They had to check on it, no call back. Called again. Still checking on it. After another month I called and they told me I had to come in to get the refund. Completely unprofessional to not follow up and then after two months, I have to go back in. Ridiculous.
