It was a pleasure working face-to-face with a local dealer. The team at Mattress Firm was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. I brought my aging parents to find a comfortable mattress, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my mom when they noticed she was having some difficulty. They thoughtfully moved beds, provided a step stool, brought items directly to her, and communicated clearly and patiently to ensure she felt comfortable and understood everything.
Dale, in particular, stood out as a warm and personable associate—you can’t help but feel like a friend by the time you leave. Overall, we had an excellent in-store experience and are looking forward to the arrival of the new mattress. I would absolutely shop at Mattress Firm again and highly recommend them.

The manager Rhendon was very informative, answered our questions and guided us to the mattress we needed to get for our issues. He took his time with us and was very friendly and didn’t put pressure on us. It was quite a pleasant experience.

I am really glad I went to American Fork Mattress Firm. Stretch was very helpful and patient person with all my questions. He advised what was good for me and my husband. He kept us laughing and I didn't feel like we were being rushed or talked into anything. I can't wait to try the new Dream Cloud Mattress setup. Also, Skylar also very helpful in closing out the deals. Great pair of guys
