My wife and I were looking for a living sectional. The store sales man was very nice and courteous at first. But after the sale was made they forget you. When the sectional was delivered I immediately told them the corner piece does not match the rest of the sectional. It took two weeks and phone calls before anyone even got back to me. Then I receive a call that it will be over a month before it gets replaced. It's a shame, we went to your store because of the quality and reputation. We are looking for a dining room set and bedroom set also. I guess we'll be shopping somewhere else.

We came in to purchase a bed. Mike greeted us at the door. Mike was so kind and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions was patient and provided a decent price for the quality items we purchased. I would definitely go back to see Mike again knowing that I would receive integrity and trust. R & F should be proud to and him as an employee.

They were clear about the arrival window, and the tracking app made anticipating the delivery easy. The delivery personnel were incredible- hard working, respectful, and careful with both the furniture and the apartment walls/floors, etc. We are thrilled with the space we created and appreciate the personalized, professional service.

Had a power recliner couch that was purchased 2 years ago. One of the motors stopped working and couldn’t be replaced. Raymour and Flanagan replaced it at no cost. Aidan the salesman couldn’t have been easier to work with. Customer service manager Kiera was also extremely accommodating, Lydia and Fatima were very helpful, answering my thousands of questions. The entire staff was great and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them. The fabric and frame of the couch are in great shape and we have 3 large dogs that jump up and lay on the furniture. Highly recommend Raymour and Flanagan.

Me and my wife purchased a mattress over the Presidents’ Day weekend and the staff could not have been more helpful/precessional. Christian was the sales associate we dealt with and he made the irregular process of trying out and purchasing mattresses easy and laid back while still being very knowledgeable about the products.
