Our salesman Adam was AMAZING! He wasn't pushy. He let me & my husband try out the furniture on our own and answered all of our questions without pressure. We bought a sectional!

I was quoted a price on a rug. The rug was actually more but the manager honored the quote very nice about it.got a very nice rug and paid the price they quoted. Jayda was very nice too and helped me put it in my car. Nice people at that Ashley outlet

They’ve changed our delivery date. Unacceptable, Ashley’s furniture. If I didn’t call them I never would’ve known my delivery date. It went from 2 weeks to 6 weeks before we get our order. Awful just Awful! They lie right to your face to get the sale. I prefer no stars at all. Could it be why they’re going out of business in Philly???

If you want to be lied to and given the run around go with this Ashley store. I ordered a sectional and was told it would be delivered within 3 weeks. That didn’t happen. I called and they told me it was a manufacture issue. I asked if when it did come I could have it delivered next day and they said yes. I have now been waiting 6 weeks ! I checked online and it finally arrived at the store. I called to schedule delivery and was told I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK ! Take your money elsewhere. It isn’t worth frustration from the poor service.
