I purchased two Lady Americana Twin XL mattresses top of the line with a life time warranty. After 4 years my mattress had started to sink in the middle, the mattress cover is also bunching up in the middle which causes me to sleep on a lump. But because it does not show a 1.5 inch impression my claim was denied. I would not recommend a Lady Americana mattress due to the fact this was actually my second attempt and both times the products have failed. Definitely will be shopping for a different manufacturer.

We purchased a king size mattress and after 5 years you can’t hardly sleep on it without rolling off. It has been the worst place to try to get the warranty to fix it. We paid almost 7000 dollars for it. We will never do business with Mathis Brothers because how we have been treated by them. If I had a pickup I would take this mattress and dump it at their front door.

I've had this mattress for less than 3 years. It is used by a child who is less than 35 pounds. After a little over 2 years a spring began to collapse at the edge of the bed. When you push down on it there is no resistance. Filed a warranty claim and was told this was not covered. I do not recommend purchasing from this company if you expect any customer service after the sale.

Mattresses were wonderful when first purchased. Within a year or so, they were broken down in the middle and a spring wire could be felt pushing up near the center. Several years later, the center is so collapsed that it is like being in a canyon in the middle. I can't afford to pay $1,000 for a mattress, but I have seen so many people who had the same experience that I am afraid to buy a less expensive one.

Do not purchase. I have a four year old mattress. Moved and they will not warranty the mattress, where they sell this brand. This will be the second time having to warranty this brand mattress and they will not work with us what so ever. 1 1/2 inch dip on both sides of mattress which is very very painful to sleep on. Never again. I will take my business somewhere else.
