Don greeted us at the door this weekend as we came in to look for new furniture for our new house. He guided us through each section of furniture we were looking to get. He was extremely helpful, informed, and engaging! He was able to help us get savings through the membership they offer there and walk us through all the different options for furniture for our new house! Don was very patient with us and his customer service is top tier! I 100000/10 would recommend him if you’re looking to find some good deals and furniture!

Went looking for a new couch. Sales person was excellent. Found the couch we wanted. Took a week to come in which is fine. We picked it up. Got it home. It’s a sectional and only two of the three pieces had the feet for the couch packaged with them. Reached out, 2-4 weeks to get the feet that should have been packaged with the couch. So now the couch will sit disconnected and at a different height for nearly a month. Not quite what I expected for $2400.

Shout out to my sales lady and the general manager! I had the best experience when shopping and buying furniture here! I will be back in the future!! Keep up the great work you all are doing at this store!!!

We were out browsing around for a new sofa and ended up going to a ton of furniture stores including Mathis Outlet on Reno and Portland in Oklahoma City, but at that time we couldn’t buy anything because we were waiting on a check from the insurance company. When we entered Mathis Outlet we were greeted by a salesman named Ayden who was very knowledgeable about the furniture, but he wasn’t overbearing or pushy, which allowed us to look around without the pressure of someone trying to force a sale. So once we got the money from the insurance company we went back to Mathis Outlet and found a sectional we loved and were able to purchase from Ayden. He worked with us and our budget, making sure it included a 5-year warranty because that was very important to us. To be honest, I’m not sure if we would have purchased from Mathis Outlet if we had had a different salesperson, because that really made a difference to us. The other furniture stores we went to had basically the same furniture, but the prices were ridiculously high and the salespeople were rude and pushy. So I just wanted to leave a quick review letting you know that if you are shopping around for furniture I would highly recommend going by Mathis Outlet on Reno and Portland in Oklahoma City and asking for Ayden, because he knows what he’s doing and he’s a sweetheart.

Jeremy is an amazing salesman. He was super patient and helpful through the whole process. Easiest furniture purchase I’ve ever made!
