As of now I’m very pleased with everything—the sale, the service, and the delivery. I actually feel that Google reviews should be submitted at least one month after a purchase. Everyone is happy initially! Good experience today. I purchased my previous mattress from Mattress Firm a couple of years ago and I’ve not been happy with it. So I decided to try Mattress King because they offer a 100 day trial. The mattress is an NXT 2000, and I paid $1,871.96. Not sure if this is a good deal or not, but I have had a good buying experience. I’m hoping to rest well tonight with no discomfort.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The sales lady was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. The delivery guys were just as impressive — very professional, respectful, and careful with everything. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had great attitudes the entire time. It’s hard to find customer service this good anymore. I really appreciate the whole team and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Not only did the guys deliver on time. Very nice men I called mattress king, I had bought a mattress and it was too firm for me, I called them and told them I didn't like it. They said, come in, we'll make it right, I paid the difference and got a much softer bed. Absolutely, love it. I will buy again from mattress. King very good people to work with very nice people. We'll be back to buy more things for my mattress and pillows. Highly Recommend!!

Our salesman Alan was very good. Let us look and try mattresses without high pressure sale. Was there to answer any questions and offered suggestions as we asked. Delivery was flawless and fast. Any issues solved without any problems.

It was a pleasure dealing with a salesman who was helpful, pleasant and no pressure to buy the most expensive mattress they offered, unlike the guys down the street a ways. No nonsense and no pressure. It was refreshing. I liked the fact they don’t have a third party deliver the mattress but had their own crew who were professional, polite and were adept at maneuvering the mattress. We are pleased with this company and highly recommend if you are in the market for a new mattress!
