AWESOME FURNITURE... !!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE... !!!

For the first time, I went to Lake Charles furniture and actually received good customer service. The regular guy is always rude and seemingly impatient. It was because of him that we purchased a lesser quality item from Mitch The Man. This year he glared at us as we walked in but kept his distance without speaking so we were able to find what I was looking for. I understand the hostility but retirement is always an option--even when it isn't.

The family is very friendly! And their furniture is beautiful with excellent prices! I broke a side board on my bed, and i went up there to see where i could possibly get another one from, 'even though i didnt purchase my bed from him'. He asked me to bring the board in and fixed it for me absolutely FREE! i love the friendly environment. Wonderful people!! I will be definitely doing future business with them again!!!!

I just moved back to Louisiana from Texas. Jeff has the best deals. The store is full if deals,steals and bargains. He helped me with a sectional sofa with a chaise long with a 5 piece dinette on top of a king size bed with headboard and the new style frame. (No box springs needed). All were within my budget. Everyone should stop by and check out the store. They have online options too. Check it out!!

I always go there cause the place is nice and organized. The workers are friendly and respectful. They would go out there way to get what u need . The furniture see nice and the prices are affordable
