New Look Furniture

If anyone knows me I am very decisive person when it comes to making a decision on purchasing stuff. Our salesman Mr Eddie was a big help, he was very knowledgeable about the details of the products he was showing us, he took time and was very patient when I had lots questions. When I was having a hard time deciding whether I should buy the living room set (couches and recliner) he called the owner over Mr Mitch to come talk with my husband and I. I knew right there and then we were not leaving without purchasing it. Mr Mitch is a very nice man and helped me out with my anxiety and buying process. He sat down with me and we talked like we’ve known each other for years. I personally recommend anyone that is looking for furniture for their house. Go see Mr Eddie at New Look Furniture.

After visiting every furniture store in the Lake Charles area, we saved the best for last. New Look has an amazingly large selection of gorgeous furniture to match any decor. We were so fortunate to have Max Parker to assist us in sales and selection. He was infinitely PATIENT with our many questions, and with me repeatedly changing my mind about what I wanted. All in all, we were happy with the price of the quality furniture, the reasonable delivery charge, and the optional extended warranty cost. Only time will tell how we will feel about everything AFTER we receive the furniture, but we left having a secure “good feeling” about it all. Big shoutout to Max ( such a kind, young man…his momma raised him right), and to the other employees we came in contact with. It was a pleasant, stress-free experience.

I truly enjoy shopping at Newlook Furniture. They always have beautiful pieces that help bring your home together, and the quality is great. What really makes the experience even better is the friendly and welcoming staff they’re always helpful and make you feel comfortable while shopping. Definitely one of my favorite places to find furniture!

Incredible customer service. Tim made every effort to make sure I found the entertainment center of choice. He never hassled me and allowed me to look at my own leisure. Thanks for the friendly experience!

As good of service as my family could have asked for. We walked in and Mr. Eddie greeted us and asked what we were looking for and once we told him, he mentioned the deals they had going on and told us to take our time and look around and he’d come check on us. Me personally, I dislike salesmen who follow you around the store and keep bugging you. Mr Eddie gave us space and when we found something we liked, he made us a great deal and he even made our kids feel welcome. I’d recommend anyone to go give their business to Mr. Eddie over here. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back in the near future for more items. Load up guys were also great. Stacked everything neatly in my trailer and were kind. Great experience all around.
