Poor customer service and poor quality furniture Purchased a recliner on 12/12/25. Recliner needed to be ordered and finally was available for our pickup on 1/8/26. Upon getting the recliner home and setup, it appeared that the recliner was sitting lopsided. Contacted Larry's on 1/13/26 regarding the issue and was told they would send someone out to look at the chair because it sounded like we installed the back incorrectly. Due to my husband being hospitalized, it was another 3 weeks before the chair was looked at. Please keep in mind that the chair was not used or sat in for the first month due to my husband's hospitalization. Once the chair was looked at and it was determined that the back was on correctly, it was now decided that possibly the frame of the chair was bent, but they would have to contact the manufacturer to have it confirmed that the frame was bent. Now we wait for someone else to look at the chair to confirm that the frame is bent and replacement parts are ordered. Two more months go by and the part finally arrives and someone comes out to repair the recliner. The chair still sits lopsided, so the repair person adds extra foam to the seat. The chair is not correct and when a bolt falls out from the chair, I am told that the installer is 100% positive that it was one he lost during the repair. During this ordeal I asked many times for a new undamaged chair and was told no. I suggest that you purchase quality furniture at a different store. Larry's Northtown Furniture sells junk and has no warranty for their furniture.

We purchased and are very happy with our purchase and the assistance we were given at his store. Good service and a very fair price. Thank you, it was worth the drive to Greenville!
View on GoogleDo not recommend using their so called moving services. They make you pay in cash, no receipt, and ruin nice things without owning up to what they did. 4 months and still no resolution. Keep trying but Brad is conveniently unavailable. Just wow!

My cottage is small and Ryan and his assistant were determined to get the job done and went above and beyond to make it work. That would have nevered happened with the bigger box stores. Very appreciative and thankful!!
