Lavish Furniture of Southern Pines

We were new to the area looking for furniture. Wow. We lucked out at Lavish! Don't bother with Ashley and the others, you'll wait for delivery and they're way overpriced. Zee has a huge selection and some for everyone at Lavish. He's so friendly and helpful. He's willing to work with you and he has reimagined customer service in the era of "customer disservice." Same day delivery is possible...Ashley takes months and their customer service is non-existent. The delivery crew at Lavish are polite and respectful young men. They took such personal care with our delivery and helped us move everything else into place. These guys are amazing. This is the kind of experience totally lacking in today's "high-tech, low-touch" society. I've already referred my Air Force friends to this company. Oh, and, Zee gives a military discount! Just can't say enough...truly shocked how well everything went.

Zee is a sweetheart and incredibly kind. In November, I brought my 80-year-old mother in to buy a recliner. After using it for a while, we realized it was too short for her long legs. Today we returned to buy her a new mattress and asked if they make extensions for recliners. Zee offered to swap it out for another recliner instead. We were shocked by the offer—considering we'd had it since November—but grateful we could upgrade to a higher-end Hooker recliner with more features and longer leg support. Zee also gave us another 10% off the Hooker recliner on top of his already low price and discounted the Tempurpedic mattress. This kind of service is unheard of today, and we're very grateful, especially given the tough economy and our budget constraints. We'll be back the next time we need a mattress or furniture. Zee truly has the best prices and is so generous. Lastly, I tried to give Waseem a tip for the delivery, and he declined it. I was shocked. I offered again, and he still wouldn't take it. They even delivered the new recliner today right after we left the store! Thanks again, Zee, for all your help! We really appreciate you!

I had the most pleasant experience with LAVISH FURNITURE in southern Pines on US 1 S. First the sales person was very patient and accommodating. Even though they did not have the items I wanted; we browsed the catalogs and found them. They ordered them and called me when they arrived. Because the existing furniture had not been picked up, they graciously held my order. Once I called the four pieces I ordered were delivered in 2 bus days!!! The delivery was so stressless even though they had to remove an inside door and the legs on two pieces. They even offered to help me arrange it. Respectful, quiet and quickly did the job. They will be my go to from now on!

We have been repeat customers of Lavish Furniture and will continue for all of our furniture needs. We have purchased living room suites and mattresses. Quality furniture you can count on and customer service is excellent. Delivery and set up is fast and the delivery guys take extreme care when moving the furniture in. I highly recommend Lavish Furniture where you feel like family and long time friends!!

We got a lovely couch at a competitive price. Waseem and his assistant were friendly and efficient. They haul off your old furniture for a fee. Was definitely an experience I would repeat.
