Sleep Number

I had an amazing experience with Marla and her staff. They helped find the best bed for my needs. I had fun and they explained everything for my sleep needs and wants. I appreciate your company and staff. Keep up the great work. Im so excited to sleep with comfort and stability.

Marla Williams at the Southern Pines Sleep Number location is the best! I personally have purchased TWO beds from their location. Marla always made herself available to help me with my many questions. Also, after my two purchases, they were helpful to me with an issue several months later. I Recommend Her and those associates are the best!

Poor customer service. We had an issue with our account that the manager created for our purchase. She couldn’t correct her mistake. We asked for her supervisor to contact us. We have not heard from him. By the way the manager of the store would not give us the contact information to contact her supervisor directly. I do recommend the Sleep Number Bed. I would not purchase from the Southern Pines, NC Location. The manager doesn’t know what she is doing. She is only interested in selling the product and getting her commission.

I went to Sleep Number to exchange a pillow after having trouble finding the right one. Steven was extremely helpful and was the first person to explain the features to me. He helped me find a great pillow, and his knowledge and assistance made the experience easy and pleasant!

Just wanted to say how happy I am with my experience at sleep number southern pines. The manager took her time with us, answered all questions without hesitation and honestly made the decision quite easy. If looking for a sleep number bed, This is the place to be!
