I've been buying mattresses from Lebeda since 2018. I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness, and the expertise of the staff is top notch. The store's general manager Laman has tremendous expertise about Lebeda's products and finding what fits his customer's needs. His friendly personality makes shopping for mattresses and bedroom furniture easy. I have never been left wondering what I should do. I have just asked what I need to do and been given the support that I need every time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It's so refreshing to have a local store that offers high-quality products. My household currently has 10 Lebeda mattresses in it- we love them that much! For the first time in years, I wake up without any hip or back pain thanks to the Tranquility mattress. Very high-quality product and excellent staff!
View on GoogleBest in Ames!! Our experience at Lebeda was the best we could ever hope for! Laman was able to clock our needs and wants in mattress immediately and recommened the Aurora Plus Hybrid which felt SO comfortable we immediately knew it was the one. These matresses are Iowa-made with high quality materials and Talalay latex which fit our needs. We love shopping local and Lebeda and Laman have the best quality and customer service bar none. Thank you so much!!!
View on GoogleWe received excellent customer service! We were immediately welcomed and assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were patient and helpful in selecting just the right bed. We also loved that the mattress is made right here in Iowa. The delivery team was efficient and friendly. Great experience all around!
View on GoogleEveryone was extremely accommodating! I had my mattress delivered promptly and the movers were kind and helpful.
View on GoogleI was very, very happy with how my transaction was handled. I live in Scottsdale, AZ and online ordered a complete bed set for my son who attends Iowa State with a delivery date three weeks out. I called the store twice to ask a couple of questions, and they ANSWERED THE PHONE BOTH TIMES 👍. The purchase was delivered on the date requested within the two hour window provided by Lebeda. Delivery drivers were great, built the frame and placed the mattress and box springs. After driving three days to get to Iowa I was extremely happy for smooth transaction. I recommend this company and store!!
