Redekers Furniture

There are a lot of sales people here, they are friendly but don’t seem super knowledgeable and are territorial. The frustrating part about this place is that they don’t list the type of wood or stain on hardly any of the furniture! There really isn’t much for info on anything either… brands, designs, where pieces come from, how long it will take to receive etc. You have to unfortunately go through a person and hope they know what they are talking about. There are zero soft close drawers/doors and the hardware felt cheap. Unfortunately the quality just isn’t worth what they have things priced at. Mattresses here are a couple grand a piece. All of their clearance pieces were still priced high for the damage we were seeing.

Before the holidays, we had picked out a rug and bar stools for our home at Redekers that we liked but ultimately decided to put off the purchase till after the holidays. This weekend we decided we could get the bar stools and rug and we went online to make sure we still wanted the things. Everything checked out so we went to Redekers tonight to buy the bar stools and rug. We went in and thought this is perfect, there is no less than a dozen employees and we are the sixth and seventh customers in the store. We went over and found the rug, we thumbed through the rest to make sure that’s the one we wanted but then we couldn’t get an employee to help us. We realized that we hadn’t talked to or been greeted by an employee yet. No big deal, I just take a picture of the rug and we go over to the bar stools. None of the employees in the store would even acknowledge us. I brought my tape measure to make sure the bar stools aren’t too tall for my counter. I’m literally measuring the stools and still not one employee would come help us. After 20 minutes in the store we just left without having spoken to a single employee. The only reason it isn’t a one star review is because I have 2 couches, 2 rugs, and a coffee table all from Redekers but apparently they don't need any more business. I had a great experience with Redekers! I worked with Naja, she was the best! I totally recommend asking for her. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thinks outside the box. She listened to what I wanted and knew several options right off the bat! I love my couch. It's extremely high quality. The two guys who dropped off my couch were extremely efficient and professional as well.

Absolute top-notch experience. Their selection is vast, the quality of the furniture is excellent, and the level of customer service is just right (shout out to Matt Z). We were able to get help when we needed it, but were never hounded or subjected to high-pressure sales tactics (looking at you, Furniture Mart). It's more expensive than Ikea or Target, but the quality more than makes up for it. I've bought a bed frame, two recliners, a reclining sofa, and a side table. Solid wood construction designed to last a lifetime, and the delivery team is professional and knowledgeable.

When custom order delivered, had an issue with something. They were very pleasant and accomodating. Issue quickly resolved. Another arose very shortly after, something else. Again, very accomodating and awaiting outcome on that. Been great to work with. They strive to make things right and this was mentioned. Something very nice to keep in mind when making your purchase! 😊
