Mari, was very knowledgeable with all mattresses she let me trial. She let me lay on several mattresses for several minutes to see how well my body would acclimate with spinal line up on each mattress as well as comfort test in all laying positions. We started with cheapest mattress then moved up to the one that I decided on which had great body alignment as well as one that I decided would be the best fit for me. Mari was only concerned with what mattress and purchase I was comfortable with. The mattress I chose had a 20 year warranty and a great warranty on the adjustable base as well! I am very pleased with the service I got and with the purchase I made which was in my price range. I would definitely recommend Sweet Dreams Mattress for your next bedding purchase! Definitely a 5🌟 experience!

View on GoogleThis place rocks! Just furnished my whole place (mattress, bed, sofas, bar stools, lamp, etc.) and couldn't be happier. I was nervous about buying from a catalog, but it turned out wonderfully! Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy with the sales stuff. The delivery guys were great too! Everything arrived super fast and was hassle free.
View on GoogleThe staff there were amazing in helping me pick out a new mattress, were flexible on scheduling when to deliver it, and when one of the employees, Michael, arrived, not only was he polite and took off his shoes in someone else’s home (despite me telling him it was okay), he also helped with adjusting the screws on my bed frame so the mattress wouldn’t sag! Great service that sells great products!
