Dean Coughenour was my associate. He was patient, kind, helpful, and even a little funny! We wandered all over the store looking for the perfect piece. He was with me as I sat on every couch cushion. Finally, I found an olive green couch which was exactly what I wanted. I did have to wait a week to receive it, that was a bummer. However, the delivery people were quick, careful and kind. I offered them a water for the heat for the day since they were delivering in this blistering heat. Overall experience 10/10.

Went looking for a couch and chair for my family room. I was pleasantly greeted by Gary. He was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to, did not follow me through the store or put any pressure on me to buy. I came back 2 days later asked for Gary and ultimately made my purchase. I will ask for Gary for my next purchase. Great service.

I’ve purchased furniture from Levin many times and have always had a good experience. This time wasn’t any different. Great quality and they have a lot of options to pick from. I worked with Ray Hernandez and couldn’t have been more pleased. From our initial introduction all the way through to finalizing my purchases, he couldn’t have been better. He was very personable, helpful when I needed it and above all, not one time did he make me feel pressured which is the most important aspect for me when I’m purchasing anything. After I made my selections and we were finalizing everything he made the experience great with good conversation. By far my best experience with Levin yet. Highly recommend you not only purchase with Levin but go see Ray, he’ll take good care of you and make it a great experience.

Ordered a complete adjustable bed assembly about a month ago and the sales experience was great. Our salesman, Ray Hernandez, went above and beyond what a normal salesman would have done. We didn't feel rushed, he was very knowledgeable about his products saved us money as best he could and even went to his boss to get a few things discounted. All in all, I would highly recommend Ray if you are in the market for a new bed. And then there was the delivery and setup. That also was top notch. When I got the text saying the driver was 15 minutes away, I went to my front door and the truck was just turning on my street. The driver came into the house, saw what he needed to do and got started right away. They brought everything in, unwrapped it, assembled it programmed the remotes, explained how they worked and made sure I understood how to operate them. Very good at their jobs and knowledgeable about the products. They collected all the plastic bags, boxes and anything that was not needed and took it all with them when they left. A very good experience. I will buy here again!
