The Original Mattress Factory

Lisa was extremely helpful and nice!!! :) Wouldn't want anyone else helping me pick something out. Thank you Lisa!!

I would not recommend purchasing a mattress from here as you’ll be extremely disappointed and feel deceived. What you tryout in the store isn’t what you actually get. The mattress in the store was a perfect comfort level for me, however, the one I received was as hard as a rock. My body ached after sleeping on it and I felt like I was hit by a truck. How can they be so different? The good news is that they do have a 365 day comfort change policy. Here’s the bad news, it’ll cost you a lot of money. In my case, I would need to spend an additional $1,000 according to the policy to switch to the next model in this line and I don’t even like it nor do I like any of the other mattresses they have. I was assured several times that the mattress I received is EXACTLY what I layed on in the store. I can say with 100% certainty that they do not feel the same at all! As a possible solution, I suggested a complimentary piece of foam they sell in the store as a mattress topper (it’s supposed to be the same foam as inside the mattress). Today, I was told that I would only be given the foam IF I purchase their box springs! King box springs cost approximately $500. I just spent $1,500 on a King mattress and have had it for just over a week. What a great way to run a business!

I had an entire agenda of stores to look at today to shop for a mattress. This was the last store I had on the list due to traffic pattern but chose at the last second to make it the first stop. I am glad I did. Zach, the sales person, was GREAT. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and he was extremely sensitive to me needing a stronger support because of my larger size. He told us to start here and work our way that way to try out firmness but didn't hover or rush us. He explained the various options, delivery, and the extreme methods they use to prevent bedbugs being transferred when beds are delivered. We didn't even go anywhere else as we made our decision right there. Excellent experience.

The salesman Conrad is AWESOME! He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the products, the processes associated with buying, the warranty, and especially helpful with the details of delivery. Also, the delivery guys were extremely efficient and friendly....removal of old box spring and mattress, set up of new frame, gently bringing in the new box springs and king size mattress: 30 minutes!

Ben was awesome, no pressure at all! He showed me how the mattresses are made which tells you the quality vs other brands. No other mattress place does this. Great prices, great quality, great experience all around!
