Levin Mattress Strongsville

My wife and I purchased a new mattress from this store about a month ago. We wanted to wait to write this review until we had a few weeks to really get a feel for it. Verdict is..... FANTASTIC! We went with a Sealy Posturepedic High point 2 hybrid, and could not be more pleased. The salesman Tim was excellent. He didn't pressure us, or follow us around the store as we tried out different beds and such, he was there when we had questions and when we finally decided on what we wanted he was very helpful and easy to work with. Delivery was smooth, however I will note, if you plan on buying a mattress that has any type of memory foam/gel during the winter months, there are a few snags that could come into play. That stuff freezes on delivery so they were able to drop it off, but we chose to let it "thaw" in the dining room for 24hrs and had to bring it upstairs ourselves. Delivery team said it could be damaged if they tried to force it while frozen. New beds are HEAVY!! All in all a very good purchase and experience.

Much appreciation for Jay at the Strongsville Levin. We told him what we were looking for, we felt that Jay really heard us and showed us what he recommended as our best options. It was not overwhelming, rather educational. We did not feel that Jay tried to upsell us but did show us features that he felt we might appreciate. My husband and I would definitely recommend you check Levins out.

We just bought a couch, table and rug from here a couple days ago. We have not received the items yet so I cannot review to those, but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sharon... She was amazing..such great customer service. She brought out a dolly to move a coffee table from 1 area of the store to the couch we were interested in that was in another area of the store to see if it would look good and fit... then she helped us pick out material color for the throw pillows and even walked the whole store with us to help us find a rug to tie it all together. I definitely recommend having Sharon help you with your furniture needs. She rocks.

Mattress store was very helpful in assisting us to purchase our mattress from a distance and delaying delivery until we were back in town. Highly recommend.

I’ve been struggling with arthritis in my neck for the past 5 years or so and I’ve gone through a variety of orthopedic pillows over the years in an attempt to find one that properly supports my head and neck when I sleep. My doctor suggested I stop by Levin Mattress in Strongsville and speak to Matthew about the Storm performance pillow and Matt was extremely helpful in discussing the benefits of this particular brand. After trying it out in store, I purchased the Storm 2.0 (they’re available in a couple different sizes based on your body type and whether you sleep on your stomach, side, back etc…) I can only hope that the Storm performance pillow will Improve my sleep, but Matthew made the whole process stress free!
